Meet James J.
I grew up in Newark, Delaware, and obtained my real estate license in 1994. I was mentored in the business by Stoltz Realty Commercial Brokerage in Wilmington, DE, where I learned the ins and outs of commercial and industrial real estate, working solely in that field.
By 1999, I was doing residential and commercial real estate full-time. I am licensed in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, and have been working in real estate for over 30+ years now. I have been honored to obtain Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement status with RE/MAX International. RMA owns four franchise locations with over 100 agents. The Lacey Group has been the top-producing residential/commercial brokerage group for RMA in DE, MD and Southern PA for many years!
I have served as a Board of Director and am a past President of the CC Board of REALTORS®.
